Many Roads. One Purpose.

This year's Tour de Cure will be starting from the South Side and there will again be options for Team Premier -- as cyclists, runners and walkers -- and this year Team Premier is making it easier for families to participate!

All riders, runners and walkers will be treated to lunch and a fantastic celebration party for all to enjoy.

As a member of Team Premier, half of your fund-raising minimum is already provided to you through a generous team donation from Cycling Fusion. Team Premier participants only need to raise the first $100 ($25 for kids 12 and under), walkers and runners $50 ($0 for kids 12 and under). Cycling Fusion will provide the rest of the fundraising minimum to cover you. See details, below.

Ride like you own the road.

Cycling will make you feel the power of the pedal as you join the fight to end diabetes. The Tour de Cure's cycling routes are for people of all cycling abilities and is regarded as one of the top multi-site cycling events in the country. The routes are well-marked, there are safety marshals and safety vehicles, fully stocked rest stops and more.

There will be 12-mile,30-mile, and metric century routes. The 12 and 30-mile routes will be predominantly be on the riverfront trails, while the metric century route is expected to take riders north of the city. Check back at a later date for detailed route and cue sheets.

Fundraise Like a Champ with help from Cycling Fusion

Cycling Fusion fund-raising match
We are excited again this year to have Cycling Fusion (one of the club's Gold sponsors) making a generous offer to get you started! They will be donating half of your required fundraising, up to a maximum of $100 for riders over 12, $25 for riders 12 and under, and $50 if you are over 12 and participating as a runner or walker. This offer is being extended to at least the first 24 club members that join the team. This offer is also open to family members that opt to participate in the 5K run or the 2K walk.

Upgrade to Family membership on us!

If you are already an individual member (or are joining as a individual for this event) and have family members that would like to participate in this year's Tour as cyclists, runners, or walkers, Cycling Fusion will upgrade you to a one-year family membership, so everyone can participate. Premier's insurance policy requires that all team participants must be club members, so we're going to make that easy for you to do, but you must register yourself and others in your family before 14 August 2019 to take advantage of this special offer. The offer is only good if you and a family member participate and fund-raise for this year's Tour. Please contact Jim Morgan (e-mail is shown below) if you would like to take advantage of this membership offer.
