Food & Drink
Your registration includes appetizers, non-alcoholic beverages and dinner. Bring your own alcoholic beverages if desired. Dinner will be catered by Chipotle and will include vegan and non-vegan options. Feel free to bring something to share with everyone if you like. An appetizer or dessert would be especially appreciated but is not expected. You'll be able to drop such items off at the clubhouse prior to leaving on your ride.
Registration is $15 through Monday, April 1st. Thereafter, it will be $20 with no registrations accepted after April 9th. Registration includes the social hour, dinner, non-alcoholic beverages, rides and GPS files. If you prefer to use a cue sheet, go online and print one out in advance.
Routes & Cue Sheets
Digital files will be emailed to all participants ahead of time for you to load them into your device and/or print the cue sheets at home.
If we're lucky, the long route riders will join the short route riders about the time both groups converge on the Butler airport. Both groups will return to The Gables following the same route.
Both rides are envisioned to allow riders of different abilities to participate. Groups moving at different speeds naturally form on this type of ride. However, we encourage everyone to be able to navigate on their own using a navigation device or cue sheet and to have at least one riding partner.
Long Route (37 Miles)
Short Route (22 Miles)
