About the Event
Welcome to our 3rd annual ride and party! Choose from two routes. See the route links below.
Following the ride, restrooms and showers will be available to you at the Gables Clubhouse so you can freshen up before cocktail hour and dinner.
11:10 am Longer route riders should arrive and get ready to roll out
11:25 am Pre-ride briefing for the longer route
11:30 am Longer Route Riders Depart
12:10 pm Shorter route riders should arrive and get ready to roll out
12:25 pm Pre-ride briefing for the shorter route
12:30 pm Shorter Route Riders Depart
3:00 pm to 4:00 pm Setup for cocktail hour (Can setup sooner once back from rides)
4:00 pm to 5:00 pm Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm to 7:00 pm Dinner is Served!
7:00 pm to 7:30 pm Special Announcements and Wrap-Up
7:30 pm to 8:30 pm Cleanup
This schedule is subject to change.
Your "Digital Concierge" will be emailed to you 2 days before the event. It has all the information you'll need about parking, showers, where to drop off your food (if applicable), etc.
Tentative plans are that this will be a catered event, with option to bring a dish. If you are bringing a dish, drop it off on arrival at the Clubhouse. A refrigerator and freezer are available for your use. There are also many plugs to plug in crockpots too.
There may be a small charge for attendees, if we move ahead with having this event catered. Guests are welcome to attend the dinner with a member companion.

STEP #1 - Please register by clicking the "I'm Coming!" button on the right so we know who to expect and what our seating requirements allow. Seating is limited!
During the registration process, please select which route you plan to ride, the long route or the short route, when prompted, by clicking on the small checkbox on the right as you go through the registration process. For safety purposes, we need to know how many people are riding each route.
STEP #2 - RSVP The Dish You Are Bringing
Please click the button below to RSVP what food item you will be bringing. This is a new way of helping us manage the food buffet more efficiently. Simply click the link below and enter your name and email address and click the RSVP button on that page. You will then see a list of items requested and if something is already being brought by another person. It's that easy!

WE ASK RIDERS to register for these and all club rides. Members must log into their website account first to register. Then click on "Member Login" in the right upper corner of your browser page to login. If there are any last-minute changes to this ride, those who registered will receive an email automatically as soon as the changes are confirmed necessary by the ride leader. Please click the "Register Now" button to the right.
TO OUR GUESTS: As a guest, you’re welcome to attend one of our rides! We ask that you please contact the ride leader listed below to let them know you would like to come as a guest to this ride. Non-members will be asked to sign our Ride Sign-In Sheet & Waiver form for the purpose of providing emergency contact information and to agree to our club's hold harmless agreement. Your first ride is a sampling of our club and for all subsequent rides, you will need to be a member of PBC to attend. You can join by clicking here.
