Welcome to Scott's Pop Up Trail Ride!

Join us on this 48 mile trail ride as we prepare for the NEOC ride and the Potomac Fall ride. 

About this week's route


Starting at the Walkers Mill Road trailhead we will ride the Panhandle trail to the Pennsylvania / West Virginia border.

While a good portion of this is paved, many of us will be riding gravel bikes.

~48 miles            

Surface:         Packed / Paved

Elevation:      Around 1,000 ft, depends on who you ask. Max grade 2.2%. Avg grade 0.1%.

Optional after ride lunching:

Please note that the water fountains along the trail may be closed, so plan accordingly and bring water.  Port-a-johns are available. 

This ride cancels for rain. You will receive automatic emails of cancellations if you register in advance.

TO OUR GUESTS: As a guest, you’re welcome to attend one of our rides!  We ask that you please contact the ride leader listed below to let them know you would like to come as a guest to this ride.  Non-members will be asked to sign our Ride Sign-In Sheet & Waiver form for the purpose of providing emergency contact information and to agree to our club's hold harmless agreement. Your first ride is a sampling of our club and for all subsequent rides, you will need to be a member of PBC to attend.  We welcome you to join now by clicking here.  Additionally, please review the pages under our "Ride Info" tab above.  They offer more insight to safe club riding.
