Welcome to Southern Hospitality!

           ON THE ROADS YOU LOVE.....
                             WITH PEOPLE YOU LIKE !!!!

This ride is for moderate level riders or for advanced riders looking for an easier/recovery day.  Ride start locations will be at one of two locations, both off the Bridgeville exit of I-79
. This is a no-drop ride at posted pace.  Stronger riders are encouraged to ride at their own pace as long as they wait at the top of hills and at specified turns to make sure everyone is safe. 

Rides cancel for rain no later than 1.5 hours before ride start.  If questions, call or text Ilene.

About this week's route

Beautiful miles that take us past Quicksilver golf course are sandwiched between a brief warm-up and cool-down on the paved Montour Trail.  This route also includes a 4 mile section of paved trail that is perfect to practice drills (spin-ups/cadence work)  to improve your performance on Pittsburgh flats. Port-o-potty at ride start and at break at mile 15.  1225 feet of climbing.  Steepest grade is 6.2
